Alain Choisnet modelliert seine Werke mit dem Anspruch auf Schlichtheit und Nat\u00fcrlichkeit. Jede Skulptur entsteht im Dialog mit dem Betrachter und ist von Anfang an daf\u00fcr bestimmt, in Bronze gegossen zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Wenn das Werk vollendet ist, wird es einer Kunstgie\u00dferei anvertraut. Dann beginnt die Verwandlung der Skulptur. Verschiedene spezialisierte Fachleute arbeiten nacheinander daran, das Modell in seine endg\u00fcltige Form zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alainchoisnet.fr\/de\/der-kuenstler\/\" target=\"_self\">Der K\u00fcnstler<\/a> kann in verschiedenen Phasen eingreifen, um die urspr\u00fcngliche Intention und das angestrebte Qualit\u00e4tsniveau zu bewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vom Wachs zum Metall: das Wachsausschmelzverfahren<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das seit Jahrtausenden angewandte Wachsausschmelzverfahren eignet sich besonders gut f\u00fcr die originalgetreue Reproduktion einer Skulptur. Bronze ist eine Legierung aus Kupfer und Zinn, die f\u00fcr ihre Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit, Langlebigkeit und ihre F\u00e4higkeit gesch\u00e4tzt wird, feinste Details wiederzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im ersten Schritt wird direkt von der Originalskulptur eine Silikonform angefertigt. Bei komplexen Formen kann diese aus mehreren Teilen bestehen. Anschlie\u00dfend wird eine St\u00fctzform aus Gips oder Harz hinzugef\u00fcgt, um Verformungen zu vermeiden. Die wenige Millimeter starke Wachsschicht entspricht der sp\u00e4teren Wandst\u00e4rke der Bronze. Wachskan\u00e4le werden angebracht, damit das fl\u00fcssige Metall zirkulieren und die Gase entweichen k\u00f6nnen. Anschlie\u00dfend wird das Ganze mit feuerfestem Gips gef\u00fcllt, der den inneren Kern bildet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach dem Abk\u00fchlen wird die Wachsskulptur aus der Form genommen und sorgf\u00e4ltig nachbearbeitet. Die Formn\u00e4hte werden korrigiert und m\u00f6gliche Unebenheiten beseitigt. Neue Guss- und Entl\u00fcftungskan\u00e4le werden pr\u00e4zise angebracht, w\u00e4hrend kleine Metallstifte den Kern sicher an seinem Platz halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anschlie\u00dfend wird das Ganze mit mehreren Schichten feuerfesten Materials umh\u00fcllt, um die Gussform zu bilden. Im Ofen schmilzt das Wachs und flie\u00dft beim Ausschmelzen ab, w\u00e4hrend die Form bei etwa 600\u00b0C aush\u00e4rtet. Danach ist sie widerstandsf\u00e4hig genug, um die fl\u00fcssige Bronze aufzunehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Entstehung einer Bronzeskulptur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"video-wrapper\">\n  <iframe \n    src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dxIP27Q42YM?rel=0&#038;modestbranding=1&#038;iv_load_policy=3&#038;start=11\"\n    frameborder=\"0\"\n    allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\"\n    allowfullscreen>\n  <\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Form wird in Sand eingebettet, um dem thermischen Druck standzuhalten, und anschlie\u00dfend mit fl\u00fcssiger, auf etwa 1.000\u00b0C erhitzter Bronze gef\u00fcllt. Das Metall tritt an die Stelle des verschwundenen Wachses und gibt jedes Detail der Skulptur pr\u00e4zise wieder. Sobald die Bronze abgek\u00fchlt ist, wird die feuerfeste Form zerschlagen. Dieser Vorgang wird als Ausschlagen bezeichnet. Die nun aus Bronze bestehenden Gusskan\u00e4le werden abges\u00e4gt. Diese Form kann nur einmal verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anschlie\u00dfend folgt das Ziselieren, ein entscheidender Schritt bei der Herstellung einer Bronzeskulptur. \u00dcbersch\u00fcssiges Material wird entfernt, Poren werden geschlossen, einzelne Bereiche bei Bedarf verschwei\u00dft und anschlie\u00dfend wird die Oberfl\u00e4che poliert. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt die Bronze ihren nat\u00fcrlichen goldenen Farbton zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Der Name des K\u00fcnstlers, die Editionsnummer, das Jahr und die Gie\u00dfereimarke werden in den Sockel eingeschlagen und gew\u00e4hrleisten die Authentizit\u00e4t des Werkes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Patina: die letzte Signatur der Bronze<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aufgrund ihres hohen Kupferanteils ver\u00e4ndert sich Bronze im Laufe der Zeit auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise. Um diesen Prozess zu kontrollieren, wird die Skulptur unter W\u00e4rmeeinwirkung patiniert. Die aufgetragenen L\u00f6sungen reagieren mit dem erhitzten Metall und erzeugen eine Palette von Farbt\u00f6nen, die von tiefen Braunt\u00f6nen und seidenmattem Schwarz bis hin zu dezenten Gr\u00fcn- und Blaut\u00f6nen reicht. Die endg\u00fcltige Farbe h\u00e4ngt vom verwendeten Oxidationsmittel und von der erreichten Temperatur ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Anschlie\u00dfend wird eine d\u00fcnne Schicht Wachs oder Lack aufgetragen, um die Patina zu sch\u00fctzen und ihre Farbt\u00f6ne zu bewahren. Nach einer abschlie\u00dfenden Politur kommt der ganze Reichtum der Oberfl\u00e4chen der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alainchoisnet.fr\/de\/die-reisenden\/pauline\/\" target=\"_self\">Skulptur<\/a> zur Geltung.
